In fact, if you drive into Finestrat - which you shouldn't - I hope you have one of the smallest cars available... the turns are in general.... veeerrry narrow .
Much better it is, to leave your car on the main row (if you can find a place to park), and enjoy this lovely rustic town on your feet.
A slow stroll around in the charming streets is indeed rewarding, and please!... make it all the way up to the little chapel on the top. The magnificent views from there, are worth the climb... even during the hot summer months.
