The track is of course not made for tourism, but has been in use for hundreds of years, being a main "road" between Bolulla and Castell de Castells, from where a similar path takes you over the Sierra de Xortą to Guadalest, Beniarcą etc.
How many farmers, with mules or donkeys laden with harvests, having trotted along this trail over the years, is anybody's guess... but like me, I bet quite a few have made a short rest up on the ridge on this picture. Fresh air and grand view. Just great!
