This window in the old town of Lisboa caught my attention not so much due to it's sad run down condition, but rather for the four cables and the Portugese flag.
The three upper cables came from a window across the alley, and the lower one from a window two floors down, and I started pondering over what purpose they had.

2. Telephone
3. Electricity
4. ??? Beats me folks!
And the flag?... Well to me it looks like it has been made into a storage bag of some kind... hmmm?
